Lesia Ogryzko serves as a fellow and leads the analytics and strategic advocacy efforts at the Center for Defence Strategies, an autonomous Ukrainian analytical institution specializing in defense and security matters. BIO:

Oleksandra Azarkhina is deputy minister for communities, territories and infrastructure development of Ukraine. Her primary tasks are developing and strengthening the defense capability of the critical infrastructure sector and general strategic planning for infrastructure.

Azarkhina is working to create a unified digital system for the reconstruction of Ukraine. This is a key state anti-corruption tool that guarantees transparency and accountability in implementing infrastructure projects. The basis of the system is a digital register of damaged and destroyed infrastructure that has already been developed and approved at the state level.

Also within Azarkhina’s area of responsibility are logistics, particularly the construction of a multimodal transport system; anti-corruption policy, including the creation of transparent digital infrastructure management in cooperation with international partners; and collection and analysis of statistical information (Big Data).

Azarkhina is involved in formulating strategy for the postwar recovery of Ukraine, namely the recovery of the Crimean Peninsula, and in the oversight of international humanitarian and military aid to Ukraine. She is an ambassador of the Grain From Ukraine humanitarian program, the main task of which is to stabilize the global agricultural market and fight hunger in the world.

Oleh Derevianko is a visionary business and social entrepreneur.
He is the Co-founder, Chairman, and Chief Vision Officer of ISSP, a private international cybersecurity company founded in 2008 in Ukraine and currently operating globally while remaining a leader of the Ukrainian cybersecurity industry.

ISSP acted as the first responder to and investigator of many of the most sophisticated cyberattacks in history and was named by WIRED as ‘the go-to firm for victims of Ukraine’s cyberwar’.

Before founding ISSP, Oleh worked as CEO and Board Member in Ukrainian and international companies. In 2015-2016, Oleh Derevianko served as Deputy Minister and Chief of Staff at the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. As a cybersecurity expert Oleh has presented at MIT, Stanford, Texas A&M, The Atlantic Council, The Aspen Institute, the NATO-Ukraine Platform on Countering Hybrid Warfare, many impactful international cybersecurity events, and has been referenced in two bestselling books on cybersecurity.

BIO:

Nataliya Bugayova is a non-resident Russia Fellow at the Institute for the Study of War (ISW). Nataliya led ISW’s Russia and Ukraine research team from 2019-2020 and has been ISW’s Russia Fellow since 2018. Her work focuses on the Kremlin’s foreign policy decision-making, information operations, and ongoing global campaigns – including in the former Soviet Union and Africa.

Nataliya is the author of “How We Got Here with Russia: The Kremlin’s Worldview” and “Putin’s Offset: The Kremlin’s Geopolitical Adaptations Since 2014.” Her written work and interviews have been featured in media outlets including Foreign Policy, PBS NewsHour, NBC News, Fox News, The Hill, BBC, Voice of America, and others. As ISW’s Development Director from 2016-2019, she also led growth efforts and planning for major events, including the ISW Security Conference.

Nataliya currently serves as the Director of Strategic Insight at a technology company Vertical Knowledge- a global collections platform for publicly available information. Prior to ISW, she was the Chief Executive Officer of the Kyiv Post, Ukraine’s independent English-language publication. She also served as Chief of Staff and Adviser on cooperation with international financial institutions to former Ukrainian Economy Minister Pavlo Sheremeta, who was appointed after the pro-democracy Euromaidan Revolution in February 2014.

She holds a Master’s in Public Policy from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government, where she was a student fellow at the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs.

Since February 24, the team led by Shipovych has raised over $50 million to support the frontlines. The majority of these funds were used for the critical need for drones, radios, and tablets in the initial months of the full-scale invasion.

Oleksandr is a Ukrainian politician who has been the Minister of Strategic Industries since 21 March 2023. He was the CEO of state-owned Ukrainian Railways from August 2021 to late February 2023.

Kamyshin gained worldwide recognition for keeping Ukrainian trains working during the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine. In 2023, he was appointed as a freelance Advisor to President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
