Iryna Tuliakova is the founder of the volunteer project SpivDiya. SpilDiya is a volunteer P2P platform that connects the country’s needs with opportunities for assistance and was initiated by the Office of the President of Ukraine. It provides an opportunity to provide assistance in a transparent, verified manner and exactly where it is needed.
