Antonina Prudko

BIO:

Antonina Prudko brings over 16 years of professional expertise working with international, national not-for-profit, and state agencies in Ukraine. Notably, as a Resident Advisor, she played a pivotal role in the OECD Anti-Corruption Project for Ukraine (2014-2017) and served as a local consultant for the Energy Sector Reform Project (2019-2021). Her leadership extended to bolstering the Business Ombudsman’s capabilities, founding the Ukrainian Network of Integrity and Compliance (UNIC), and spearheading various anti-corruption initiatives.

Antonina possesses a Master’s degree in law, excels in policy dialogue and advocacy, and demonstrates advanced skills in program and organizational management. Her diverse experience spans legal and policy reforms, human rights protection, transparency, accountability, NGO legislation, and the rule of law. Alongside her contributions to the OECD, Antonina’s track record encompasses collaboration with Pact on the UNITER project, civil society advocacy through the OSCE, and programs with the American Bar Association. She possesses comprehensive expertise in project development, fundraising, and donor reporting, and holds key responsibilities in project management and organizational development.
