Andrii Zelinsky is a distinguished Ukrainian Greek-Catholic priest renowned for his multifaceted roles. As a military chaplain and advisor to the Head of the Ukrainian Greek-Catholic Church (UGCC) on communication strategy, he holds significant responsibilities in spiritual guidance, national security, and education. Zelinsky’s rich educational background, spanning the USA, Italy, and Ukraine, underpins his expertise with theological studies from the Pontifical Gregorian University and political studies at Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.

Born in Lviv, Zelinsky has made pioneering contributions, becoming the first military chaplain at the ATO headquarters in 2014. His pursuits extend to teaching, being an instructor at the Ukrainian Leadership Academy, and involvement in community initiatives. Zelinsky’s impactful pastoral work encompasses diverse aspects, including nurturing Christian spirituality in modern culture, addressing the spiritual needs of military personnel, and fostering youth education rooted in core values.
