Oleg Ustenko is a prominent economic advisor to the President of Ukraine, specializing in emerging market economies. With a solid background in private and public sectors, he has lent his expertise to organizations like the World Bank, OECD, and various governments in the CIS region. His dedication to enhancing Ukraine’s investment climate is evident through his advocacy for economic growth via improved conditions for investments. Before his advisory role, Ustenko actively contributed to crucial projects, offering insightful assessments in macroeconomics and investment. He is also a board member of The Bleyzer Foundation, an international think-tank. Ustenko holds a Master’s Degree from Harvard University and a Ph.D. from Kyiv State Economics University, with additional studies in economics at Brandeis University.
