With a comprehensive background in security, state-building systems, and economic growth, Gelena Savruk boasts expertise in developing innovative methodologies such as “Grand Strategy,” “Design of National Security Systems,” and “Ecosystem Strategies.” In the defense sector, Gelena authored strategic concepts and methodologies, including “Ecosystem Strategy” and “Design of National Security Systems of Ukraine.” She serves as a lecturer for courses such as “Grand Strategy,” “Security and Defense Ecosystems,” and “Open Business Models.” They have led initiatives like the “Strategic Leadership in the Security and Defense Sector of Ukraine” program, partnering with governments from the UK, Canada, and the NATO Liaison Office to provide high-level training for state managers in security and defense.
Additionally, Gelena has overseen the School of Strategic Architect, focusing on transforming leaders across various sectors to collaborate. She also established the “Mohyla Strategic Agency,” which designs solutions for a wide array of domains, from state institutions to regional development and economic powerhouses. Their clients span governmental bodies such as the National Bank of Ukraine and private sector enterprises like Comfy and Public Television, reflecting their diverse and impactful reach in shaping Ukraine’s systems and institutions.
