Volodymyr Havrylov

BIO:

Volodymyr Havrylov boasts a distinguished military and diplomatic career. He served in air defense units from 1981 to 1988 and graduated from the Air Defense Military Academy in Kyiv in 1990. His subsequent journey led him through various roles within the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine until his retirement in 2018.

With a wealth of diplomatic experience, Havrylov served as a Defense Attaché at the Embassies of Ukraine in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Romania. Notably, he commanded the Evgeniy Berezniak Military and Diplomatic Academy from 2014 to 2015. In his retirement, he established and led the “Veterans Dozen” charity foundation, focusing on the rehabilitation of wounded combatants through sports. In addition, he previously worked as an assistant to the General Director of the State company “Ukrspecexport.” As a military service veteran and retired Major General, Havrylov’s contributions span both military and humanitarian realms.
