Volodymyr Dubovyk

BIO:

Dr. Volodymyr Dubovyk is an accomplished academic with a long-standing association with Odessa I. Mechnikov National University. Since 1992, he has been a dedicated member of the university’s faculty, currently serving as an Associate Professor at the Department of International Relations. Additionally, he has been leading the Center for International Studies as its Director since 1999.

Throughout his career, Dr. Dubovyk has focused his expertise on various areas, including U.S. foreign policy, U.S.-Ukraine relations, Black Sea regional security, and the foreign policy of Ukraine. Notably, he was recognized as a Fulbright Scholar during the academic year 2016/2017, further contributing to his research and academic accomplishments.
