Yevgeniya Gaber

BIO:

Yevgeniya Gaber is a Ukrainian foreign-policy expert and nonresident senior fellow at the Atlantic Council in Turkey. She has extensive experience in various roles, including serving as a foreign-policy advisor to the prime minister of Ukraine, deputy director of the Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine, and second secretary at the Embassy of Ukraine in Ankara. Her research interests encompass European and Black Sea regional security focused on the foreign policies of Ukraine, Russia, and Turkey.

Gaber is widely published and has participated as a speaker in numerous international conferences and professional development programs. She holds an MA in international relations from Odesa National I. Mechnikov University, a PhD in political science from Kyiv National T. Shevchenko University. She has received professional training from esteemed institutes like the Estonian School of Diplomacy and the Center on Public Diplomacy at the Annenberg School, University of Southern California. Additionally, she has been recognized as a Black Sea Young Reformers fellow and a Marshall Memorial fellow.
